1.1 Age Requirement

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the nb999 platform. nb999 reserves the right to verify a user's age and may temporarily suspend the service until age is confirmed.

1.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of the account, and any funds held may be forfeited.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be closed.

• Multiple accounts may not be created from the same IP address.
• The same payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) may not be used across multiple nb999 accounts.
• Registration in a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nb999 supports only the payment methods listed below. We are not responsible for funds sent via any other method:

• bKash — via personal or merchant account.
• Nagad — via personal or digital account.
• Rocket — via the Dutch-Bangla Bank Rocket service.
• Bank Transfer — via major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Bank transfers may take a little longer.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• nb999 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.

3.5 Third-Party Funds Prohibited

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used on your account. Using another person's account or card will be treated as a violation of our anti-money laundering policy.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Technical Errors

Any wins or losses resulting from a technical fault or software failure in a game will be considered void. In such cases, nb999 follows a policy of refunding the stake for the affected bet.

5.3 Betting Limits

5.4 Sports Betting

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nb999 platform and, if detected, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed:

• Collusion — attempting to influence outcomes by coordinating with other players.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving indecently toward other players.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, such as filing chargeback claims.

In cases of such violations, nb999 reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance and, where applicable, take legal action.

9.1 Service Availability

The nb999 platform strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. nb999 does not bear liability for compensation in the event of such disruptions.

9.2 Internet Connection

nb999 is not responsible for the outcome of any active bets if the internet connection is lost during gameplay. In such situations, the result will be determined based on the last saved state of the game.

9.3 Gambling Losses

nb999 is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming. We provide an entertainment service; the decision to play and its consequences are entirely the user's own responsibility.

11.2 Resolution Steps

11.3 Game Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, nb999's server logs and game history will be considered final evidence. If there is a discrepancy between the system record and a player's claim, the system record will take precedence.
